Another fine mess...

Three things to be happy about:
(1) ornate coatracks
(2) learning a new skill
(3) feeling free-spirited

I found yet another project that I got bored with and tossed aside.  This project was going to be called "Of Mask and Men," and I was trying to make the wierdest mask I could manage:

 I think I succeeded... twice.

The features for both of these were fussy-cut.  To make the strips atop the head of the left one I placed two pieces of contrasting fabric wrong sides together, then zig-zagged a rough outline of the strip.  Cut around the zig-zagging and there you go.  If I ever do finish this one, it's way down the bottom of my list!
You know, now that I look at it, this could really stand alone... hmmm...

On another note, have you ever wondered how your fabric buying sprees, must-have gadgets, and shop-hopping really affect the national debt at any one moment?  Click here to see the result!

Just saying  ;o)

  1. Oh I like that mask and body combo. You can't put that back into the UFOs.
